Bishop Eddie LONG dies at the age of 63, presently the cause of his death is yet to be known, but many people have been sending their condolences to the family and friends of Bishop Long, as wekk to his church family over at NEW BIRTH MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH.

In a statement released by the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, they confirmed that he passed away early Sunday morning after “a gallant fight with an aggressive form of cancer.”
Nonetheless, Bishop Long refused to let the cancer claim his faith and spirit.
His wife of 27 years, First Lady Elder Vanessa Long said in the statement, “I am confident through my belief in God that my husband is now resting in a better place. Although, his transition leaves a void for those of us who loved him dearly, we can celebrate and be happy for him, knowing he’s at peace.”

Bishop Long also leaves behind his children Eric, Edward, Jared and Taylor, and three grandchildren.
