Born
in Lagos, Nigeria, Seyifunmi David Shodimu (SUPERSEYI) is an
Inspirational Musician; Singer, Songwriter and Multi-Instrumentalist
whose versatility cuts across several genres of music. His
passion is to create music that glorify God and edify humanity. He aims
to always produce positive and inspirational music that everybody can
relate with, which is why several of his compositions cross over church
walls even into the mainstream.
His
debut single 'More Than a Song' released in September 2016 enjoyed
massive airplay and his sophomore single 'My Life' an African cover of
Kirk Franklin's classic 'My Life is in Your Hands' released May 2017 was
also widely spoken of. SUPERSEYI
has shared stage with several notable international artistes. His
greatest gospel musical influence includes Kirk Franklin and Donnie
McClurkin.
Currently, he serves as a Worship Leader at Royalty Christian Center, Lagos Nigeria.
